For the last 10 years, Steve didn't have any problems sending the Hetzer
back to home base with only 3 hits. But now that your proposal gives
the Hetzer a 40/4 rating he feels obligated to point out something he
"just noticed" ;-)
Fortunately, as official members of the "Rules Committee", neither Steve
or Joe can sue the RCTC for "back points".
