While unhappily trying to design my sprocket for my tiger i had a brain storm. I was looking at the bike sprockets i was thinking of using when i thought, why not grind off every 2nd tooth (where have you heard that before huh? ). Now here is my spin on things, then i made up some ply disks and screwed the sprocket to the disk and then ran it through my router and hey presto, one drive cog! Not quite scale but close enough. A heck of a lot easier than drafting a cog
