I just have one comment on 2.9 which has not already been discussed.
Renette 2.9.6.3. Details relating to date of publication, distribution, etc. RD - If the suggestion about an option to always record numbering in an unformatted form such as "Began with: Vol. 1, no. 6" instead of a formatted form such as "Vol. 1, no. 6- " (regardless of whether or not the first issue is in hand) is accepted, then many more examples will be needed in this section. Actually, I think more examples are needed either way.
