I suppose someone from JSC will probably address this, but my assumption is that there will be no formal "editor" to replace Tom. That is, I am expecting that the further development of RDA will proceed in much the same fashion that I imagine AACR2 development did, with the JSC as a whole assuming the role of "editor".
