We will be doing an automated database walk September 1st (when we
implemement RDA) to change Bible, Koran, and Dept. headings.  Whether
we will make changes to the body of the description is not decided.  
See "OPtioanlly" below.  So far, most of our clients want AACR2
compatible records, so we would be making the changes only to change
them back again on export.

Some of the changes below are not directly RDA related.
