[RDA-L] 700 subfields t and l in authority control

Hi,
I'm working in a Belgian academic library.  We are using Symphony (soon the  
3.4.1. version ) and are planning to implement RDA.  I have a question relating 
to authority control and  the 700 subfields t and l (work title and expression 
language) ?  Do you keep them in your name authority records  ?
