rdiff signature 25gigfile 25gigfile.sig
modify the 25gigfile
rdiff delta 25gigfile.sig 25gigfile 25gigfile.delta
that should do it, i don't think you need to create a patched file...
you'd need the original of the 25gigfile to do the patch step anyhow (the
one you created the sig from).
