Hmm, I still think /usr/bin is the wrong place for rdiff-backup, unless
I make an RPM and install it that way, which seems like a lot of effort
for something I'm just trying to test.
Building an RPM is actually really, really easy for properly packaged
Python apps.
Run "python setup.py bdist_rpm" to do that.
