Yes, that's the same error I get on my Vista VM. Fortunately, Windows 2000 and Vista give a better error message than Windows XP .... "The system cannot execute the specified program" is probably the least informative message ever conceived. :-)

So, there must be something missing from the new build scripts and the required libraries aren't being included. Stay tuned for a new build.
