[Rdkit-discuss] Python 2.4 version of RDKit

There are still a lot of people out there using Py2.4. It would be
nice to see two versions of RDKit on Windows; one for Py2.4, one for
Py2.5. Current download figures for openbabel-python indicate a 2:1
Py2.5:Py2.4 userbase.
