Hi All,
I was hoping to avoid this, quite an embarrassing problem. Earlier when trying
to compile some C++ code using my Homebrewed RDKit I decided (in my infinite
ignorance) that the error that I had was because some flags weren't set write
for my architecture and so I then tried to uninstall rdkit completely and
install again but from source this time. After about 5 hours of pain, actually
having to remove Python at one point, I have given up. I'm now trying to
install the Hombrew again to get me at least back to where I was however I'm
getting an error, which is

I'm really sorry for having to ask, this is completely my own fault, but I'm
quite stuck.
