I have installed RDKit successfully by typing 'sudo apt-get install
python-rdkit librdkit1 rdkit-data'.
But when I tried to build the cartridge, I got a series of errors
similar to "/usr/bin/ld cannot find -lSmilesParse_static".
It seems the compiler could not find the lib files of RDKit. I don't
know where the RDKit lib path is by default (install RDKit via
apt-get in Debian 7.1). Can anybody help me?
