Dear Nicolas, the x86_64 RPM package installs all C++ RDKit libraries in /usr/lib64, so the path required by R should be /usr/lib64. If instead the Python path is required, you might try /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/rdkit or alternatively /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages.
