Hi all, Greg wrote this nice tutorial on using custom fingerprints with the cartridge => http://rdkit.blogspot.com/2017/04/using-custom-fingerprint-in-postgresql.html However, this focuses only on bit fingerprints. Is there any equivalent for sparse count vectors - sfp ? In other words, an equivalent of bfp_from_binary_text() and BitVectToBinaryText() for sfp types?
