licensing information.
For example,

This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0
License. To view a copy of this license, visit
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ or send a letter to Creative
Commons, 543 Howard Street, 5th Floor, San Francisco, California, 94105,
USA.


If you don't want to or can't license your thesis as CC-BY-SA, follow up
with me in a personal email with some idea of which pieces you want to use
and I can grant permission.
