question one : After the previous questions, I can highlight the
two-dimensional molecules into the following picture 1(rdkit version must be
2021.09.2). Now I want to change the atoms into the corresponding color, such
as Figure 2, but I find that this thing seems to be only available on 2021.09
2, which makes some of my packages incompatible. Do I have any other way to do
this? It is best to ensure that the python version is 3.6 or 3.7.
question two: I found that the SVG information of the read two-dimensional
molecule contains the class of atom. This part of the information is other
heavy atoms and does not contain carbon atoms. If I change the color of only
one carbon atom in the molecule, how can I modify this situation?
question three: For the molecule shown in Figure 3, the ring information in the
generated two-dimensional picture shows the form of aromatic bond. 2021.09.2
version is used in different computers, some computers produce Figure 2, and
most computers produce Figure 3. What parameter can be adjusted? Why is that? I
want a molecule like Figure 2.
