Anyone else having a hard time getting a hold of warranty replacements from Schneider for the Xantrex GT series inverters?
What are they doing as far as warranty replacements? Waiting for bad ones to come in so that they can fix them and send them out again? I've got a customer who has been waiting for a while now with the "we don't have any in stock right now and expect them in X weeks" runaround. Makes you appreciate even more those other inverter manufacturers who get their warranty replacements out the door in days.. Thanks, marco
