Bill, I was afraid of that!
One thing I didn't mention earlier is that the old-style frame widths of the Mono have some significant variation from end to end. This makes it difficult to maintain a nice even gap between rows. The newer Poly frames (top-down only) seem to have a much tighter tolerance on the square dimensions. I still like the Mono style better, but it sounds like we will have to adapt... We did also have two freight-damaged shipments. This is mostly an issue caused by a careless forklift operator but the factory & distributors are also cutting corners with the packaging.
