Admittedly I only partially understand your scenario, but I have found that multiple points of interconnection to a single service are not problematic as long as the rules of 690.64 (NEC 2008) are followed. We have done supply side and load side connections on the same service - which sometimes happens if we are adding onto a PV system where there is already a max'd out load side connection.
