Well stating that the pg&e meter is set to only "Sell a maximum amount that is 
less then what the meter is set to" Buy" would be news to me as I have seen 
bootleg systems selling and there was nothing stopping it. I have also seen 
inverter upgrades that increase selling. Back to my question is how big is it 
vs how dig was it.

I have a client who added some extra solar to an existing permitted approved 
install and didn't tell the utility. 

They don't think they are getting the added amount of $/kWh. 

Pg&e said that's true that they have to calibrate the meter for maximum sell 
back watts and it's set to low. 

I don't believe it. But anyone have anything to add?
