I have these same modules at my home (circa 2002 i believe). I have found issues with two modules (out of 30 mods) that had intermittent connections due to the spot welds opening on the tabs coming from the back sheet, going to the diodes in the j box. I fixed it with very small stainless machine screws and nuts with toothed washers. I woild look carefully at these connections, as they are not easy to see problems. Good luck.
