Thanks all. I have a Peerless Premier LP stove in my own house, but i am grid tied so i was not sure how they behave with dirtier waves. Good to know that they are so bulletproof. I am guessing that the appliance shop will not be happy with going outside of their usual brands, but that seems to be the direction you are all suggesting. I will make my strong recommendation and see how it flies.
