HI Dana,

Yes I agree.
I suppose my I started questioning this when I was just working at a US embassy 
on a array and everyone in the worker sections were wearing FR gear.  Which 
would be 5 days a week all year, regardless of what they are doing which is 
very rarely doing any actual work on live circuits if they even work on any of 
the electrical parts of the embassy.

And my questions were:  does the FR rating/coating wear out?  I would think it 
does.  And is it harmful to wear it all the time?  Which I think it is.

Which is why I”m asking to see if anyone has actual data or seen reports etc on 
this.

I should have been more specific and clear on my original email.
