Has anyone had issues with getting OB to do warranty returns in a timely 
fashion?

I had a mate 3 DOA.  I called OB and received a RMA last monday then nothing, 
no email etc.  I called last thursday and was told it was done wrong and would 
have something right away, then nothing. I called tuesday ( yesterday) and 
still nothing as to tracking/email etc.  

Anyone else having these kinds of issues.  
I do have to say that usually they are normal and timely.  
But not this time.
