While these might seem complicated they are well thought out and easy to program despite the many pages of instructions. A simple jumper wire and then pressing the select button will scroll you thru the various settings. Using a DVOM one sets the voltage 0-5 vdc for the setting. One can set them up for monitoring house battery voltage, starter battery, daily run-monthly run. Once you understand and are not overwhelmed by the enclosed paper work they work well.
