I am interested to know as well. I have an old quad XW system I am working
with and two of the four inverters are WAY off on DC voltage reading. I
don't think there is any "sync" capability, but they can be calibrated
using the config tool. In the end I gave up hope and abandoned the
inverters for purposes of AGS and I'm charging with just two of the four
that have values that closely correspond to the actual battery voltage. It
became a problem when the inverters and XW charge controllers couldn't play
nice with a LiPO BMS so I just rigged the charge control settings to work
and abandoned the XW components that were not playing nice. Sadly this
client will never be able to charge with all four XW inverters unless the
DC parameters get fixed because they throw the BMS into disarray and cause
shutdowns.

I think this is going to be an ongoing issue with new BMS systems that come
out and are paired by contractors with a variety of inverter/chargers. They
may not play nice. That is the appeal of a system in a box approach that
some battery manufacturers are taking. Of course, there are downsides to
that approach as well.

As an aside, the battery/BMS manufacturer blamed a welded shut BMS
contactor on the inverter manufacturer for not including pre-charge devices
in the inverter. I'm sure the inverter manufacturer would blame the BMS
manufacturer for not making the BMS failsafe from this condition. May the
finger-pointing begin! On a good note the BMS manufacturer replaced them at
no charge.
