thanks for the advice ray... this is easily 10 years old. and while this is off the wall it will get a new internal fan and transformer temp sensor (that failed 2 years ago).

Usually the control board, but the relays on the AC board can get cooked, if there are too many loads on backup, and of course the FET boards can go too. I started changing all the boards and the fan too, as I've had to come back 6 months later to replace a different board or fan. Reminds me of rebuilt carburetors....
