Wrenches on high… I am knee deep in an Off-Grid project design and need to confirm a few settings on different inverters.
I want to set the Bulk and Absorb to rather low numbers versus typical Lead Acid battery charging. I confirmed Outback Radian allows setting Absorb and Float to 50.5V and ReBulk and ReFloat can likewise be even lower. I also confirmed that LBCO can be set to below 40V. I also confirmed that XW6048 using the Custom setting will accept Absorb and Float at 50.5 but will NOT accept Bulk that low (only down to 54.2V, which does not align with the manual.) The question: Can anyone check to see if the XW+ or the XW Pro can actually accept those values for the inverter charger, especially for Bulk? Maybe someone can also check SOL-ARK 8k or 12k for the same charger setting limits?? Basically, I want to make the inverter’s charger a Constant Voltage Charger or at least set a bit lower settings.
