Like you said Dave, Xantrex purchased Trace and the Xantrex line was
purchased by Schneider. Back in the day, if you got lucky in calling
Schneider solar tech support, you could find someone who possessed legacy
knowledge of Trace/Xantrex products and could assist with trouble-shooting
and repairs. But I guess those days are long gone.
