Have him take the cover off of the inverter and plug the Matt directly into the inverter. Boot up. Listen for fans to spins up. Have him take a photo of the LED clusters located on the two visible boards of the inverter brains. Spare-204 is the board stack and those less tell it’s operational status. You can bring a Spare board set and likely get it back up and running. That alone make the Radian on of the best inverters ever made, the HUB concept aside.
