Carl, We are fans of the Rooftech RT Mini product for applications that don't allow us to employ rafter attachments. We are primarily a SnapNrack installer and the RT Mini base works well with the SNR uppers. We have been using them for perhaps four years, maybe five and have seen no issue in that (albeit somewhat short) period of time.
