Thanks for the replies on the subject. I was impressed that Sol-ark got back to me the next day and confirmed the answer is yes. We are well aware of the limitations of installing without batteries. The option provides several benefits, including meeting a filing deadline without being forced to pick a battery model and allowing the expense of batteries to be delayed until the budget is in place.
