Kirk, I was going to make the jump to Fortress Envy after the recent NABCEP conference. Seemed like a good way to go, i.e. one company to deal with and about same features as SA. When I went to purchase from well known (unnamed) dist, I was warned away due to unresolved issues with AC coupling. I couldn’t get more info or details - just got pointed to other solutions. I’m waiting and watching to see how they do before I make the jump. I’m not in the business of being front line support for these guys. I will say they were very good at responding to my design questions, but when I brought this little AC coupling issue up - crickets. I also don’t like their “ticket” system for tech support. Frustrating!
