Subject: Re: Schneider SCP / MPPT 80 600 / XW+ / Gateway questions

Dave, thanks for the info.  I did read the manual and saw the reference to the IEE Region.  Since the PW wasn't important enough for Schneider to put in the installation manual, and the Model is listed XW Pro 6848 NA (north america?) I figured we were in the right Region and moved on.  Any idea what the IEE Region code affects?

I'm also looking for answers to connecting to the modbus registers and being able to pull data from all the devices on the network.  I will ping Schneider Tech support again.  Any info I get I will share with the list.

I have to say that since these XW pros have been installed a week ago they've performed flawlessly.  Hoping for many years of good performance for this very patient customer!

All the best,

It is pretty well laid out on the website for 3 + years that you
      need to use Insight.

You should also read the installer info.

https://solar.se.com/us/en/2021/06/29/essential-advanced-resources-for-installers/

SCP will work for some basic functions but is out of memory for XWP. Use for indication only.

I am guessing that you did not program XWP to set the IEE region
code as above in the installers manual? This is probably
causing some extra issues for you.

You do need the password and I can send it if you do not have it?

Good Luck.
