I haven't worked with their equipment in several years. I'm working on repairing another contractor's system, and when I tried to call tech support in the middle of the day, no one answered the call. I remember several years ago there was a special number to press once you were in the Schneider tech support answering system, but if you followed the prompts you wouldn't actually get to tech support.
