Hello All,
With the sale of Outback, their tech support seems to have disappeared.
Around the time of the sale, tech support had agreed to send me a new
control stack for a Radian. After a long delay, they did send it, but
were quick to remind me to return the core.
When the new control stack was installed, the inverter would not work.
The error message was AC Out Voltage Low. I put the old one back in and
returned the one they sent. There is no one to talk to, and no one
answers email.
Do you know if the new owners are planning to honor product warranty? Is
tech support coming back?
This is a pretty rough transition. It will likely leave a number of
people in the dark.
