This is my first experience with a Sol-Arc and I did not install it. I touched the screen gently and then less gently. There was no response. I could only navigate by using the arrow keys. I see now there is a frozen touch screen recovery procedure. It involves pressing the Esc button for 7-10 seconds. I will try that.
