I guess that means the inverter isn’t getting its voltage reading from the battery.
Assuming a it’s closed loop.

Dana,
Having two inverters makes this a little easier in a sense. One inverter matches my meter. The other inverter is reading 0.6v lower than my meter.

Sol-Ark suggested a factory reset, and a firmware update. After both of those, I am still seeing the same voltage difference.

In case this means anything to anyone, the first inverter (master, reading a lower voltage) was installed in 2021. The second inverter was just installed recently. I also had to swap out the MCU board on that master inverter in order to get the firmware to match on both inverters.

Cheers,
Dave

Verify with a second or third meter.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] Sol-Ark battery calibration
Does anyone know whether you can calibrate the battery voltage on Sol-Ark inverters? I am on site with two 12k-p inverters. My meter agrees with one of them, and the other inverter (the master) is displaying 0.6v lower than both my meter and the other inverter.

I have gone through two tech support people who are not being much help.

There are lead acid batteries here.

Thanks!
-Dave
