Jason, I’ve installed several Sol-Ark inverters in off-grid applications with induction cooktops and have had zero issue. On Thanksgiving last year, a set of off-grid induction stoves pulled over 12 kW without flinching (albeit with 2ea. Sol-Ark 15Ks and a hefty battery bank). I personally don’t suggest that off-grid home owners install massive electrical loads, but some customers are set on certain creature comforts. Most come to their senses when they realize the sizing and cost implications…
