| The Solark inverter will shut itself down due to a pre-programmed low battery cut off point which is User adjustable. It will then stay on in the background and wait until the next day for the sun to come out and recharge the batteries and then it will turn itself back on after the restart voltage has been met. If the batteries ever tank completely then you do need to do a manual restart or dark start typically using a generator and a small 48 V battery charger. It doesn't take long for the batteries to restart and then you can switch back over to a larger charging source like a larger on-site generator or solar panels etc. Michael D Nelson MD Electric & Solar, Inc. 707-684-0064 mobile 707-884-1862 office www.mdelectricsolar.com www.facebook.com/mdelectricandsolar On Jul 15, 2025, at 8:04 AM, Tyrone Houck via RE-wrenches <[email protected]> wrote:
