So frustrating.

A few questions.
Does the inverter restart on its own?
Has it done this since install?
Or is any new loads?

I have had a LUX power 12kw do something similar. I don’t know if it is
connected to your issue.

I finally tracked it down to a small 1/2 wave heater load in a bidet.

As I learned more from some blogs and talking to people, the issue at least
with the the lux is if the total AC loads are high enough all works fine. If
the total loads are low enough, typically under 1kw, and the 1/2 wave is around
300 watts +/- it’s enough to shut the inverter off.
It does auto start solar least that’s good.

That system was web connected and eg4 couldn’t identify what the cause was from
any of the online monitoring. They said check grounding and neutral bonds etc.
obviously that wasn’t the issue.

Good luck
