William. You are having better luck than I, if you got 4 emails from Optics/Outback. I requested a number of year long files (5 total I think) over a week ago, and have gotten NO response. And NO response when I emailed support to ask about it either. I was going to try to re-request them all today.....
This seems more and more like the new owners are trying to slowly kill off Outback. Just like a lot of us suspected from the beginning. Zeke
