I just added a whole bunch of test cases for the current sweet-expression 
reader, and the reader seems to be working very well with the new semantics.

I hope that we can reduce the code's complexity - I'd like the reader code to 
be "obviously right".  Alan Manuel Gloria has been making great strides in that 
area, and I hope he will continue.  I'm thinking we should merge files, that 
would probably help.

Also, the code clearly it needs to be further packaged so that it's easy to 
install & use "out of the box".

But this is still a good place to be.
