I haven't heard any complaints about the latest development branch version. So, I plan to release it as version 0.4.0 tomorrow night (US Eastern Time).
If you know of a reason we shouldn't release a new release version, please speak up now! I've bumped from 0.3 to 0.4 because of the spec change (leading "$" now wraps the RHS into a list). This version is easier to install, and has a few other goodies too. --- David A.
