I don't see why not, but I would phrase them as a "style guide" to explain how 
this syntax was intended to be used.  Then it can belong in the design 
rationale.

We already have such material on the website.  I suggest improving the text 
here, by just modifying the Wiki:
  http://sourceforge.net/p/readable/wiki/Style/
and then we can pull that in or extract pieces from it.

Here are some non-normative recommendations I can think of:

Hmm, I think that's a little too prescriptive; there may be other constructs 
where they are useful.  I'd say something like, "the collecting list syntax is 
designed to simplify two situations..."

I don't think it's a complex syntax; it's basically <* list-of-i-exprs *>.

And while we have less experience in newer syntax, it's not rat poison, and I 
don't want to release it until it's debugged thoroughly anyway.
