Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested. Master’s degree desirable. Minimum of 5 years, typically 7 years of experience administering WebSphere Portal Server and Web Content Management, IIS or IHS Web servers, WebSphere plug-ins installed on AIX, Linux and Windows operating systems; knowledge of workflow and security practices. 5 years of administration and integration of support technologies, including firewalls, encryption, browsers, monitoring, alerting, root-cause analysis, verification testing, load-stress testing, vulnerability management, ticket tracking and customer experience model. 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) process including requirements gathering and analysis, design, selection of tools and technologies, release and version control, testing methodologies and deployment management.
