Stop the insanity.
Our built apps that have been deployed to end users now have controls
from one pagepanel bleeding through to another.
This problem has been going on for a looooong time. While it is
better in 2006r1, the problem still exists.
*** RS, PLEASE fix this issue ***
Users, sign on - if you don't and you use pagepanels or tabpanels you
may get bit as well.

Note:
1) We do not have ANY code in the tabpanel/pagepanel. Controls are
simply dragged onto the panels
2) We do not have any embedded tabpanel/pagepanels inside other
tabpanels/pagepanels
3) We can duplicate this issue more often when a containercontrol is
on a pagepanel/tabpanel, but in this situation, they are just
bevelbuttons.
