I would not mind paying more too - if they fixed the bugs, improved/restored the efficiency, etc. It should be a part of Real's business plan to invest money or take loans to get the manpower to make a pro product - and many times "pro" means reliable and efficient more than just more features. But we are in a symbiotic relationship - our fortunes are tied to theirs.
