I've cleaned up the code a bunch and simply made the app run until an
overlap occurs (saves clicking over and over again).
In the demo I've also included a possible generic workaround. It's a
TCPSocket subclass (which I've poorly called AsyncSocket for now) which
queues overlapping events and fires them when the socket is idle. I've
had to make some nasty decisions (like throwing away overlapping
SendProgress events) and such, but I think the concept is clear.
