With the help of Joe Huber's advise, I think I have found out the problem of
the Printing issue.

The Print Resolution as Joe puts it was the issue. I am use to my normal 72
DPI print resolution, but my end-user had his set for 36 DPI. That is why
his print outs was DOUBLE in size.

So I had to add this to my print code:

PrinterSetup
 // If we haven't created the printerSetup, initialize it
 if ps = nil then
   ps = new printerSetup
 end if

 if ps.pageSetupDialog then
   // Set MaxResolution to 72 DPI
   ps.MaxHorizontalResolution=72
   ps.MaxVerticalResolution=72
 end if

I am having the the end-user test it now on his system, will get back with
you all to advise if it works.

Thanks Joe for the advise

Jonathon
